Setting sail for the future together - signing ceremony successfully held for the stationing

 of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance in The Bauhinia

The lobby of the office building of The Bauhinia developed by Ningbo merchants at Ningbo Eastern New Town saw a big round of drumbeats and bountiful bliss on the morning

 of 19 May 2020 as a grand signing ceremony was held for the stationing of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd. Ningbo Branch in the office building of The Bauhinia.

Guests including Mr. Mo Dingjian and Ms. Wu Huaying, General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Ningbo Yongshang Real Estate respectively, 

and Ms. Zhang Liping, Deputy General Manager of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Ningbo Branch, officiated at the signing ceremony. 

The department heads of the two companies, business promotion team of Herun Real Estate and representatives of Colliers jointly witnessed this momentous moment.

The signing ceremony was officially launched in the lobby on the first floor of the office building of The Bauhinia at 9:28 am. 

The host first delivered a succinct introduction of Ningbo Yongshang Real Estate and Ping An, the two main players of the signing ceremony, 

followed by signing of the agreement by Mr. Mo Dingjian, General Manager of Yongshang Real Estate, and Ms. Zhang Liping, 

Deputy General Manager of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Ningbo Branch. The two shook hands and had pictures taken after the ceremony. 

This very moment signified the official stationing of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance, a Global 500 company, in the office building of The Bauhinia.

Complementary Strengths through Profound Cooperation

Under the signed agreement, Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance occupied 3,000 m² of office space on the 24th and 25th floors of the office building of The Bauhinia,

 accommodating over 600 people. Meanwhile, Ningbo Yongshang Real Estate and Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance, a Global 500 company, sealed a strategic cooperation agreement for acquiring complementary strengths through profound cooperation in an all-round manner between the two, with crucial value and significance for promoting mutual development.

more than 20 enterprises of local and international standing have signed agreements to station in The Bauhinia, including top-10 global law firm Beijing Yingke Law Firm,

 and top-100 shipping and logistics enterprises Globelink-Trans (Tianjin) International Forwarders and Guangzhou Aohang International Freight Forwarding Agency.

The attendees took group pictures after the signing ceremony in the lobby of the office building of The Bauhinia in front of the landscape painting composed by the letters Z, J and H,

 the abbreviation of Zijinghui, i.e. The Bauhinia. One of the eight masterpiece artwork collections of The Bauhinia, the painting was selected personally by Prof. Anna Pao Sohmen,

 the eldest daughter of Mr. Pao Yue Kong. Mr. Cliff Sun Kai Lit, Vice President of International Ningbo Merchants Association, and Mr. Kenneth Koo Chee Kong,

 former Chairman of Hong Kong Shipowners Association, also took pictures in front of this cherished work last year. May we wish that all enterprises stationed in the office building of The Bauhinia set sail to distant waters, brave the wind and the billows and scale new heights with The Bauhinia.
